Roberto Sánchez, MBA
Founder, Managing Director
Roberto is the Founder and Managing Director of FP Project Management Office (PMO), where he leads and oversees the group’s client relationships, strategic direction, operational execution, cross-border development platform. Since launching FP PMO nearly a decade ago, Roberto has cultivated an organization known for bridging capital and execution—helping financial sponsors, developers, and operating partners navigate complex projects across North and Latin America. His leadership spans business development, partner selection, capital formation, entitlement strategy, and full-cycle delivery of hospitality and mixed-use assets.
With a professional experience spanning over four decades across real estate, financial services, and technology, Roberto brings a multidisciplinary perspective to solving development challenges. He has overseen the structuring and delivery of projects ranging from luxury resorts and branded residences to destination mixed-use assets—always with a focus on unlocking value through aligned incentives and disciplined execution. His ability to anticipate risk, align stakeholder interests, and build execution teams on the ground has been central to FP PMO’s track record of excellence. Roberto holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree from the USA and Mexico.

Pat Sánchez, CFA
Partner, Investment Officer
Pat is the Investment Officer at FP PMO, where he leads capital strategy, structuring, and syndication initiatives across complex projects in North and Latin America. His work centers on partnering with family offices, private equity groups, institutional investors, and lenders to shape and execute capital stacks that align with sponsor objectives—primarily in the hospitality and mixed-use sectors. In this role, Pat is responsible for managing investor engagement from pitch through deployment, negotiating and closing equity and debt placements, and ensuring consistent alignment between project delivery and long-term capital strategy.
Prior to joining FP PMO, Pat spent nearly a decade in New York City advising institutional clients across global public markets. His experience included asset allocation strategy, consultant relations, and client servicing for pensions, endowments, and foundations. During this time, he earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, underscoring his commitment to fiduciary discipline and long-term value creation. Pat holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Investment Management from Marquette University, where he was also the team captain of Marquette’s Division I Men’s Golf Team.

Bobby Sánchez, MBA
Partner, FP&A Office
Bobby is the FP&A Officer at FP PMO, where he leads all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across the firm’s development platform. He oversees a team of analysts responsible for building and maintaining institutional-grade models, scenario analyses, and project-level dashboards to support capital structuring and real-time decision-making. From early-stage underwriting to post-opening performance tracking, Bobby ensures financial strategies remain aligned with sponsor objectives and long-term project outcomes.
With over a decade of experience in corporate finance and restructuring, Bobby brings a proven ability to manage complex capital dynamics with discipline and clarity. Prior to joining FP PMO, he guided organizations through liquidity events, operational turnarounds, and growth transitions—sharpening his expertise in cost optimization, risk modeling, and dynamic forecasting. His ability to structure, interpret, and communicate financial insights makes him a vital partner to sponsors, lenders, and operating teams across the firm’s hospitality and real estate portfolio. Bobby holds both Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from Nicholls State University.

Heidi Osuna, MBA
Head of Operations
Heidi serves as Operations Manager at FP-PMO, where she leads initiatives to enhance process efficiency and elevate overall operational performance. She develops and executes strategies that drive measurable gains in productivity, cost control, and organizational effectiveness. Her responsibilities span budget oversight, daily process governance, data analysis, risk mitigation, and the integration of IT solutions that support profitability and sustainable growth—all while maintaining a strong focus on quality and client satisfaction across projects.
With extensive cross-disciplinary experience in IT, programming, hospitality, industrial operations, and education, Heidi brings a differentiated approach to operational leadership. She is adept at managing complex workflows, leading high-performing teams, and implementing continuous improvement strategies that align with broader business objectives. Heidi holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the National Polytechnic Institute in Mexico and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering.
